Making good rice is a nightmare. It has taken me 29 years to finally find a way to do it without it be claggy, starchy or even undercooked. However I have a quick post here to show you have to make the perfect rice in 4 simple steps:

 Perfect Rice!
  1. Rinse your rice in a colander under a cold tap until the water  runs clear through the rice
  2. Tip your rice into a pan of salted boiling water and boil for 5 minutes
  3. Take the pan off the heat, cover the pan with foil and cover with a lid. Leave for ten minutes
  4. Drain the rice of any excess water and fluff up the rice with a fork.

No more excuses for dodgy rice!
