So you've made my No Butter No Chicken curry and hopefully you had a go at making these Slimming World Pakoras - why not make it a delicious trinity by making this quick and easy Pakora dipping sauce - yummy and fresh and the coolness really cuts through the spices! All ingredients come from your store cupboard so it's so quick and simple!

Pakora Dip

  • 1 Jarred Roasted Red Pepper (chopped).
  • 3 Jarred Jalapenos (chopped)
  • 5 Tbsp Creme Fraiche
  • Sprinkle of Paprika
 ....and it's as simple as throwing the peppers and creme fraiche in a bowl and mixing them up and sprinkling the paprika on top. Sorted!

 Don't restrict yourself to pakoras either, samosas and bhajis are just as scrummy dipped in - and again creme fraiche = lower cal! Result
