Strawberry And Banana Oat Smoothie
10 Halved Strawberries
2 Chopped Medium Bananas
4 Tbsp Greek Yoghurt
100ml Semi Skimmed Milk
1 Tbsp Honey
75g Oats
Place all the ingredients in a blender, food processor,whatever you use
to whiz up your smoothies in the order as written above and blend until
at the desired consistency. If the mix is a bit too thick add in a smidge more milk until you get the thickness you prefer.
And you good to go! The perfect quickidy quick breakfast time drink thats great for getting a bit of goodness into the little ones too.
